The user can enter HTML and Markdown in the module description and release 
notes fields. This is fine, but the trouble is that they can enter things like 
H1 HTML tags, and the CSS styling displays this in a very large font. The 
solution is to override CSS styling within the user-supplied sections which 
have the "markeddown" DOM class.
