Feature #4177: parseonly cannot parse multiple files
http://projects.puppetlabs.com/issues/4177

Affected version: 0.25.5

Currently if we pass more than one file to parseonly and in one of the files
there is a parse error, no error is reported. It would be nice if parseonly
would report parseerrors on multiple files.

Example:

<pre>
puppet --parseonly goodfile1.pp badfile.pp goodfile2.pp
</pre>

Passes, while badfile.pp has an error. Parsong badfile alone, works perfectly.
