In the docs section for setting up reports ...

Most admins don't want to edit init scripts for services, and would rather edit
a configuration file and leave the init scripts RPM/deb stock. AFAIK, this is
possible for all params in Puppet, so we should list that, not running puppet
with the --option.

README also indicates to add "to $libdir in your puppet.conf", would be good to
call out an example showing what the setting is as if you install from source
you don't get a puppet.conf at all. I'm thinking this is the key "libdir"
under [main] (not sure), though if I set
libdir=$RAILS_ROOT_GOES_HERE/lib/puppet ("too many open files"), and I break
Puppet, and I know the dollarsign comes after the key in the config file.
