Issue #4100 has been updated by Chris Ferry.

Just checked latest stable 2.6.0 and didn't see the http_caching added.
Not too familiar with the puppet development cycle so I thought I would just 
check in.
Was I supposed to make the modification and commit to the 25.6 branch?
And is that moot now that 2.6.0 is out?
I'll have to create a custom patched 2.6.0 rpm for now to roll to our 
production.
Just let me know what I can do.
