Issue #4332 has been updated by Igal Koshevoy.

Assigned to set to Igal Koshevoy

This is a symptom of a larger problem, where "successful" and "failed" show all
the nodes that ever succeeded or failed, and the alerts on the homepage are
using these to warn of failures on any node that ever failed.

The current "successful" and "failed" should be replaced with:
* Node is currently reporting success
* Node is currently reporting failure
* Node has ever reported a success
* Node has ever reported a failure
----------------------------------------
Bug #4332: If a node ever failed, it can be listed as failed forever
