The repo config for jessie is here: http://nightlies.puppetlabs.com/puppet-agent-latest/repo_configs/deb/pl-puppet-agent-latest-jessie.list I believe the build there now (1900 GMT on 02-March-2017) includes the fix, so it should be easy to drop in and try.
