Henrik Lindberg commented on PUP-2280   Re: If a resource is triggered by a refresh, and it fails, puppet doesn't treat it as a failure I can put up a PR with what I changed (basically what you suggested Moses Mendoza) - I used both Charlie's example and the original to manually verify that my change produced an exit of 1 - but, as I said above - I don't really know what I am doing in that part of the code...
