Issue #4792 has been updated by Ohad Levy.
I'm seeing similar issue, when applying to a node two classes that inherits the
same parent, for example:
class puppet::cron inherits puppet::common {
Service["puppet"] {
enable => false
}
..
}
class puppet::master inherits puppet::common {
..
File["/etc/puppet/puppet.conf"] {content =>
template("puppet/puppetmaster.conf")}
..
}
