with 'atboot => true' puppet will put /etc/fstab entries even on osx. osx
doesn't use fstab but the mount command will. so my temporary workaround for
this has been to do this:
mkdir /Volumes/xxxdev
mount -a
which succeeds but again, puppet can not seem to manage this mount for some
reason. This is confirmed still happening on 2.6.2
