Feature #576: Provide a way to ensure a package version "foo or later" with
portage package type
https://projects.puppetlabs.com/issues/576

Author: trauma -
Status: Closed
Priority: Normal
Assignee: Nigel Kersten
Category: Gentoo
Target version: unplanned
Patch: None
Affected Puppet version: 0.24.4
Keywords:
Branch:

Currently, one can't use puppet effectively to install updates on GLSA's. There
one wants to ensure that a package has at least some version (the lowest
invulnerable one). IMHO something like require => ">=4.20" should be parsed
correctly.
