As per the below thread, we're more aggressively closing tickets whose state is unsure, particularly old tickets with little to no inactivity in a long time. My partner started using Quattor and if we were to switch to Puppet it would be nice to see what does Puppet better than Quattor (or the other current competitors), what is Quattor better at ... Many might have a hard time deciding and in the end there is the risk of choosing the wrong software for that job.
