class one {
exec{"/usr/bin/cowsay moo": refreshonly => true, logoutput => true}
}
class two inherits one {
notify{"class two": }
}
include two
file{"/tmp/foo": notify => Class["two"], content => "hello"}
</pre>
I'd expect the exec in class one to be refreshed, it doesnt:

notice: /Stage[main]//File[/tmp/foo]/ensure: defined content as

notice: /Stage[main]/Two/Notify[class two]/message: defined 'message' as 'class

If I specifically add Class["one"] to the notify list:

</pre>
It works:

Jeff suggested this might be due to exec but I also tested with service and the
same issue exist.
