Michael Smith created an issue   Puppet Task Runner / BOLT-366 Target cannot be used to construct a copy Issue Type: Bug Assignee: Unassigned Created: 2018/03/05 8:55 AM Priority: Normal Reporter: Michael Smith The following plan doesn't compile plan foo::t() { $target = get_targets('node1') $target2 = Target($target[0].uri, $target[0].options) } I would have expected that to work, but it fails with 'new_Target' expects one of: (Struct[\{'uri' => String[1], Optional['options'] => Hash[String[1], Data]}] hash) rejected: expects 1 argument, got 2 (String[1] uri, Hash[String[1], Data] options?) rejected: parameter 'options' expects a Hash[String[1], Data] value, got Hash[Runtime[ruby, 'Symbol'], Variant[Integer[10, 10], Boolean[false], Boolean[true]]] This happens because Target internally uses symbolized keys for options. I want to use the constructor above to add on to the options hash of a Target when passing it to a particular function.
