Jira (BOLT-685) Race condition in transort logger initialization

Tried to test out this explanation with

require 'concurrent'

hash = {}

pool = Concurrent::ThreadPoolExecutor.new(max_queue: 100)

1000.times do |i|

  pool.post do

    puts hash[i]

    hash[i] = i

    puts hash[i]

end

end

pool.shutdown

pool.wait_for_termination

but so far haven't reproduced the error.
