The agent side: Error: Could not retrieve catalog from remote server: Find /puppet/v3/catalog/ocelot.mgmt.sdeziel.info?environment=production&facts_format=application%2Fjso... resulted in 404 with the message: {"message":"Not Found: Could not find catalog ocelot.mgmt.sdeziel.info","issue_kind":"RESOURCE_NOT_FOUND"} The server side: 2018-07-27 00:07:25,720 INFO [qtp985769724-62] [puppetserver] Puppet Not Found: Could not find catalog ocelot.mgmt.sdeziel.info Removing "disable_i18n = true" from the puppet.conf works around the issue.
