Bug #5135: Facter returns physicalprocessorcount => 0 on a physical computer

Facter is returning "0" for the physical processor count on a physical machine
that I have. Frankly, I don't care if this problem is fixed, but I though it
was worth reporting.

Here's all the related information:

# facter physicalprocessorcount
0

# facter | grep physicalprocessorcount
physicalprocessorcount => 0
