We make this error all over the place.

**certnames are not hostnames**

nodes/new -> First field.

It's not a Hostname.

It's a certificate name or  a puppet node identifier, but even though many 
people *use* their hostname value as their certname, there is no necessary 
relationship, just a correlation.

This isn't just a minor nitpick. If you manage laptops or cloud installations 
with Puppet, you get frustrated by the conflation of the two terms.
