Jira (PUP-1289) Ability to manage a windows service's user account and password

Hi, This is possible using the dsc module doing something like the below. I have this working in my environment.

//DSC code

dsc_xservice { 'service_name':

  dsc_name => 'service_name',

  dsc_desktopinteract => false,

  dsc_credential => {

    'user' => $service_account,

    'password' => Sensitive($service_account_password)

},
