Affected PE version:
The version of Rubygems in Puppet Enterprise is 1.3.4 and incompatible with
most up to date 1.8.7 gems. If anyone wants to venture into other spaces with
Puppet using PE which require gems Puppet Labs do not package they must do a
gem update --system
