Issue #5205 has been updated by Adrien Thebo.
Facter currently has a manpage that looks to be statically generated, and is out of date from the RDoc contained in bin/facter. It would be ostensibly nice to use the same method of documentation in Facter that we're using in Puppet, but there may be a reason we're currently using RDoc instead of markdown. If not, it would be good to switch. ---------------------------------------- Feature #5205: facter does not have a manpage https://projects.puppetlabs.com/issues/5205 Author: Garrett Honeycutt Status: Accepted Priority: Normal Assignee: Adrien Thebo Category: Target version: 2.0.0 Affected Puppet version: 2.6.1 Keywords: man manpage facter Branch: Facter should include a dynamically created man page.
