The installer option q_puppetmaster_certdnsnames not used to generate the
server certificate.
run "/opt/puppet/bin/puppet cert --generate ${q_puppetmaster_certname?}
--certdnsnames '${q_puppetmaster_certname?}:puppet' --verbose --color=false||
