Regarding the additional fact, the interface flags, what you pointed in your example were binding flags (['mngtmpaddr', 'dynamic']), the interface flags would be: BROADCAST,MULTICAST,UP,LOWER_UP in this case. We currently don't plan to add nor binding flags neither interface flags on the networking fact.
