**New description:**
After #3534 is implemented, we want to be able to insert
items into an array value at the beginning and/or the end. E.g.:
* group "webserver" has parameter "foo" with values [ 1, 2 ],
* node "bar" is a member of this group and thus inherits the "foo" parameter,
* we want that parameter to be [ 0, 1, 2 ], and we want to do that just by
adding a leading 0, not by redefining the entire value.
We need:
* simple UI for managing this,
* correct reading/writing of these values.
