On solaris is_virtual is wrong when running in a zone:

root@sapz22:facter# facter virtual is_virtual
is_virtual => false
virtual => zone
</pre>
Note, is_virtual returns false, when virtual says it is a zone.
In virtual.rb you can see:

confine :kernel => %w{Linux FreeBSD OpenBSD SunOS}
setcode do
case Facter.value(:virtual)
when "xenu", "openvzve", "vmware", "kvm", "vserver", "jail"
true
else
false
end

Adding 'zone' to the list fixes the issue.
