Issue #7188 has been updated by Max Martin.
OK, work is still in progress over at the puppetlabs-mount-providers repo. We've moved on to testing usage on a Solaris VM, which turned out to be its own series of headaches (and at this point has probably consumed more time than actual development of the feature). In order to save others similar pain in the future, I've put [some documentation on our internal intranet site](https://sites.google.com/a/puppetlabs.com/main/teams/research-and-development/solaris-vm-setup) regarding setting up NFS mounts on Solaris VMs. ---------------------------------------- Feature #7188: Mount provider/type split for Solaris https://projects.puppetlabs.com/issues/7188 Author: Nigel Kersten Status: Accepted Priority: High Assignee: Category: Target version: Affected Puppet version: Keywords: Branch: https://github.com/stschulte/puppet/commits/feature%2Fnext%2Fmounttab Splitting the mount type/provider into two, one to manage "fstab" entries, the other to manage actual mounts. This work will be done as an open sourced module that should be compatible with 2.6.x and 2.7.x, with a view to merge this into Telly before release. -- You have received this notification because you have either subscribed to it, or are involved in it.
