* Ignore this problem for 2.7.0.
* Show no "RETURNS" section at all in short help.
* Explicitly document RETURNS context. E.g.,
.
RETURNS (via CLI): foo, bar, baz
RETURNS (via API): Larry, Curly, Moe.
Things I don't think we can for for the 2.7.0 release:
* Have dedicated return values for API and CLI (#7777)
