The user stories look like: "We have developers who want to build VMs for testing. As Ops we don't want to be bothered with this. As Ops we currently build these with Puppet. We'd like the Dashboard to be able to have devs/QA people select a standard build (web server, DB, app server) and click submit and have Puppet automatically build this box and send the details to the requesting user.
