Thank you so much for the contribution.

Do you think it would also be a good idea for me to make this change to the 
puppetlabs activemq module we have hosted on the forge?  Do you, as an user of 
Puppet and MCollective expect the default behavior of ActiveMQ to enable the 
web console?

I've filed this issue and plan to fix it soon if you think it's the right thing

Some changes have been suggested in the example configurations for activemq.

They are changes to allow the webconsole to properly work
