{{{puppet node create}}} takes the mandatory option --keypair while {{{puppet
node install}}} takes the mandatory option --keyfile
I don't understand the difference between these two options and I find myself
trying to give {{{puppet node create --keypair}}} the path to the private key
which I suspect is incorrect.
