# Overview #
It would be nice to be able to carry out actions such as `destroy` on a list of
nodes read and parsed from standard input.
Related to #8185, the listing output should be able to be fed into these
actions such that the action is done in batch.
For example
puppet node list --all | puppet node destroy
Or:
puppet node list --all | puppet node install
