Issue #8665 has been updated by Randall Hansen.
I don't have a strong opinion about this, but I don't like it. What's confusing about `append_line`? (Real question: not rhetorical). It seems to describe exactly what this type does. `whole_line` sounds odd to me, but I can't think of a better alternative that doesn't contain a verb. ---------------------------------------- Refactor #8665: change line type from append_line to whole_line https://projects.puppetlabs.com/issues/8665 Author: Dan Bode Status: In Topic Branch Pending Merge Priority: Normal Assignee: Randall Hansen Category: Target version: Keywords: stdlib Branch: https://github.com/bodepd/puppetlabs-stdlib/tree/refactor/master/8665_whole_line Module: stdlib Changing the name of append_line type in stdlib to whole_line based on feedback. -- You have received this notification because you have either subscribed to it, or are involved in it.
