The classesfile conf option in mcollective defaults to
/var/lib/puppet/classes.txt, but that location hasn't ever been a puppet
default. Up to puppet 0.25.5 it defaulted to /var/puppet/state/classes.txt,
and 0.25.5 onward it was /var/lib/puppet/state/classes.txt.
