Affected Puppet version set to 2.7.1
I get the feeling this is one of the many Ubuntu service bugs related to them
changing the damn API every release. Can I get you to try 2.7.3 to see if it's
fixed there?

In Puppet 2.6.7 it worked fine, but after upgrading to 2.7.1 on the agents we
started getting errors about ensuring stopped services.
Ubuntu 10.10 (maverick) systems are affected.
