The jenkins build failed with the following error:

1) Puppet::CloudPack::Installer when searching for file location should be
able to use a lib version
Failure/Error: installer_klass.find_template('puppet-enterprise').should
== File.join(scripts_dir, 'puppet-enterprise.erb')
expected: "/home/jenkins/workspace/Cloud Provisioner
Unit/lib/puppet/cloudpack/scripts/puppet-enterprise.erb"
got: "/home/jenkins/workspace/Cloud Provisioner
Unit/spec/../lib/puppet/cloudpack/scripts/puppet-enterprise.erb" (using ==)
# ./spec/unit/puppet/cloudpack/installer_spec.rb:32

The problem is that the spec_helper is messing with the load path which causes
__FILE__ to return a relative path.
The best fix is just to update the test to expand_path.
