Bug #9664: style guide inconsistency
https://projects.puppetlabs.com/issues/9664
Author: Jeff Palmer
Status: Unreviewed
Priority: Normal

Branch:
At puppet conf, the stanford presentation (which was awesome BTW) the speaker
mentioned the style guide.
Upon reviewing it, I immediately noticed an inconsistency.
Section 8 declares:
All variables should be enclosed in braces when interpolated in a string. For
example:
Good:
"/etc/${file}.conf"
"${operatingsystem} is not supported by ${module_name}"
However, later in the guide (10.2 example and 11.2 example) show exactly
what Section 8 demonstrates as "Bad" style.
