I'm unsure if the right answer is to provide this in this specific API, or whether it should be simpler to chain searches together. This makes evaluating the results of the search very difficult. (You searched for all nodes whose OS isn't CentOS? Well, what ARE their OSes? No way to tell other than loading the complete facts set for all however-many-dozen nodes.)
