I get a small deprecation warning for facter on ruby 1.9.3 preview when running
tests:
/Users/ken/.rvm/gems/ruby-1.9.3-preview1/gems/facter-1.6.2/lib/facter/util/config.rb:7:
Use RbConfig instead of obsolete and deprecated Config.
We can probably switch to RbConfig but I'm not sure how old this class goes
back into previous revisions on Ruby.
