Hi Jeff, Thanks for trying. I'm not sure what to do at this point. You might want to run process monitor (from ms/sysinternals) and see what the ruby process is doing prior to the hang. Perhaps it's hung making WMI calls, I've certainly seen that before. Any puppet command (i.e., "puppet config print all") hangs. .puppet directory was not created. Tried creating it by hand, along with .puppet\Puppetlabs\puppet\etc and puppet.conf file.
