Bug #11229: On a clean, minimal install of Debian 6, `facter domain` is picking

Affected Facter version:

Apparently, even though `/etc/hosts` is correct and names my machine as
`emapthy-master.local`, and all the other things that attend to my FQDN do the
same, facter thinks that /etc/resolv.conf should totally win. Meh.
