Josh, did you mean to close this when you were "Updating tickets assigned to a former Puppet Labs employee."? I'm pretty sure this can be closed since the work was done to add the help face help in or around ticket #7561. The single executable if run standalone tells you how to run `puppet help` if you run just puppet or puppet with a bad command, and `puppet help` has good info on both faces and legacy applications. Since this ticket just says more general improvements are needed, and have been made, I'm closing it.
