Issue #11509 has been reported by David Blank-Edelman. ---------------------------------------- Bug #11509: puppetmaster-passenger package in Ubuntu repos fails CA setup https://projects.puppetlabs.com/issues/11509
Author: David Blank-Edelman Status: Unreviewed Priority: Normal Assignee: Category: package Target version: Affected Puppet version: 2.7.9 Keywords: Branch: Attempting to install the puppetmaster-passenger package (2.7.9-1puppetlabs1) from the Puppet Labs repository on a lucid box fails in a very creative manner during the CA initialization phase. On first glance, it appears to be attempting to create certs based on the contents of one of the doc files. The result is the certs directory looks really cool (see attached certsdir.txt). Attached is the full install output (puppetmaster-passenger-install.txt). I plan to dive in and debug this a bit further, but wanted to get the bug documented first. -- You have received this notification because you have either subscribed to it, or are involved in it.
