Issue #11740 has been updated by Josh Cooper. Status changed from Closed to Re-opened
The bug is still being worked on. The part that I fixed was the tests, while I work on the fix. ---------------------------------------- Bug #11740: Puppet sometimes reports 'The handle is invalid' https://projects.puppetlabs.com/issues/11740 Author: Josh Cooper Status: Re-opened Priority: Normal Assignee: Josh Cooper Category: windows Target version: 2.7.10 Affected Puppet version: 2.7.6 Keywords: Branch: One of the spec tests is suddenly failing on win2003. It appears to be a race condition in the Process::waitpid2 call. The windows win32-process gem will throw an error if the child has exited whereas the normal semantics are to return a Process::Status object that contains the exit code of the process. -- You have received this notification because you have either subscribed to it, or are involved in it.
