Bug #12610: puppet module list --tree should truncate repeated data

Branch:

Right now if a module is depended upon by a lot of other modules, it's whole
dependency tree is shown repeatedly. This leads to some unpleasant
duplication. Not many modules exhibit this deeply nested dependency structure,
but ghoneycutt's modules definitely do.

If we do a breadth first instead of depth first walk of the dependency tree,
and then keep track of modules we've already printed, we should be able to just
print the deeply nested structure at the highest level of the dependency chain.

I'm associating this with V2 in order to focus on other things for V1.
