Issue #13000 has been updated by Elias Abacioglu.
Could be, I don't know.
I think i have facter 1.6.6. Maybe it's facter_dot_d.rb? It executes a shell
script to generate a fact.
And the fact that it hangs somewhere in between these two:

/var/lib/puppet/lib/facter/facter_dot_d.rb
So it could be when it tries to start facter and run the custom fact via
facter_dot_d.rb.
