Bug #13302: `puppet module list` should annotate invalid modules
https://projects.puppetlabs.com/issues/13302#change-58226

Author: Pieter van de Bruggen
Status: Accepted
Priority: High
Assignee: Matt Robinson
Category:
Target version:
Affected Puppet version:
Keywords: geordi v1
Branch:

Earlier today, Matt had an installation that contained both
`pmtacceptance-java` (with a dependency on `pmtacceptance-stdlib` v0.0.1), and
`pmtacceptance-stdlib` (v1.0.0).

The `list` action offered no indication that there was anything amiss; both the
standard and `--tree` view should have marked `pmtacceptance-stdlib` as
"invalid", since it could not satisfy every dependency on it.
