If I have a Puppet run that is failed with the fail function:
<pre>
fail("This is a fail")
</pre>
The report generated from the run has a status of changed/unchanged rather than
failed. I am pretty sure this is new because I am sure testing report
processors that I used fail to generate failed runs and it worked previously.
Either way this is not the right behaviour.
