You must provide hosts or :all when using revoke
root@precise-64:/etc/puppet# puppet cert clean :all
err: Could not call revoke: Could not find a serial number for :all
root@precise-64:/etc/puppet# puppet --version
2.7.13
This error message should just change :all to --all
