It is kind of implicit based on the operating system, and the software you are 
using.  I don't think a fact is a good way to deal with this - not least 
because using it would be kind of awkward:

<pre>
[whatever]${endofline}foo=bar${endofline}baz=quux${endofline}
</pre>

At the least, in the current form it isn't going to be acceptable - though, 
obviously, it can go in a module to make it available if folks do need it.

If someone has a compelling use-case for this we can revisit the decision, but 
mostly I think it isn't a good bet.

Windows is "\r\n" etc
