I gave https://github.com/puppetlabs/facter/commit/976b7af24d641e589121d30e37bacc983d79cc0a a try, and while this detects the newer xenu-s properly, I've now got xenu-s showing up as xen0-s. And indeed, these have a /dev/evtchn file.
