Issue #14675 has been updated by Jeff McCune.

Status changed from Accepted to Unreviewed
Assignee changed from Jeff McCune to Chris Price

Ah, I thought the original change had to do with colorized output but it
appears to be a pretty large change to the console interaction itself.

Daniel, Chris, could you guys have a look at this?

Bug #14675: Color is not working in master but is in 2.7.x
https://projects.puppetlabs.com/issues/14675#change-63635

Author: Jeff McCune
Status: Unreviewed
Priority: Normal
Assignee: Chris Price
Category: color
Target version: 3.0.x
Affected Puppet version: 3.0.0rc2
Keywords: color ansi
Branch:

# Overview #

Comparing the behavior of 2.7.x (2.7.15rc2-8-g8db4418) with master
(2.7.15rc1-779-g6485cfe) I notice I get color output in my Mac terminal with
the former but not the latter.

In both cases `puppet apply --configprint color` returns `ansi`.

3.0.0rc2 is affected.

Doing a bisection now...
